Why do I need Shipping Manager?

A. Using Shipping Manager in your stores will allow Cactus Complete Commerce Order Management™ to automatically call the same shipping methods and rates available on each store. Therefore, the tax and shipping will always match for the same order whether placed online or via phone. While Shipping Manager provides you with tremendous flexibility on calculating shipping charges, the use of Shipping Manager with Cactus Complete Commerce Order Management™ provides continuity for the customer on charges and simplifies your maintenance as well.

Will I have to update Cactus Complete Commerce Order Management™ when I make changes to Shipping Manager?

A. No. Changes made to Shipping Manager will be available immediately in Cactus Complete Commerce Order Management™.

Will I need a separate Shipping Manager account for each store?

A. No. One Shipping Manager account is all that is required to manage multiple stores.

What is the cost of Shipping Manager?

A. Shipping Manager can be purchased as a stand alone shipping calculator for your Yahoo! Merchant Solutions stores. Installation is $250 one time fee per store. Hosting is a monthly charge of $75 for the first store and $37.50 for each additional store.

Do I need to buy Shipping Manager to be able to use Cactus Complete Commerce Order Management™?

A. No. Shipping Manager is included in all Cactus Complete Commerce Order Management™ accounts for no additional charge on orders placed in Cactus Complete Commerce Order Management™. If you wish to use Shipping Manager on your Yahoo! Small Business account there is a installation and monthly fee.

I already have Shipping Manager and am paying a monthly fee. Will that change when I sign up for Cactus Complete Commerce Order Management™?

A. No. If you currently have Shipping Manager then it will still work on your Yahoo! Small Business website and within Cactus Complete Commerce Order Management™ using the same Shipping Manager account.
